The alleged rise of China to impending global tech dominance is greatly overstated. And US efforts to combat China will only make American companies less competitive.

A survey of the research shows that the science of mask wearing is hardly "settled." And this up-in-the-air nature of it all is a reminder of how immoral it is to impose mandates on people, backed with state violence.

It is true that socialism and interventionism have not yet succeeded in completely eliminating capitalism. If they had, we would rediscover the meaning of hunger on a massive scale.

Howard Buffet was one of Congress's most consistent and trenchant critics of American policy during the 1940s and 1950s. He opposed communism without surrendering to the calls for global war in Korea and worldwide.

The Black Lives Matter organization explicitly states it seeks to "disrupt" the "nuclear family structure." In this, BLM is no different from countless other Marx-inspired organizations which seek to destroy the family as part of the "patriarchy."

Every economic system is a mixture of market action and state control. The Marxist strategy is to blame every ill caused by state intervention on capitalism. 

Many libertarians, like Marx, are focused on economic freedom as the means to deliver liberty for all. Gramsci knew better, and he offers a lesson for libertarians who believe that broader cultural questions beyond the nonaggression principle are irrelevant for liberty.
