Salerno and Howden’s The Fed at One Hundred — Less Expensive Options for Download

Joe Salerno writes:

I am happy to share good news about the book I co-edited with Dave Howden, The Fed at One Hundred (Springer, 2014). The book has had 1,230 chapter downloads since it was published last June. This is almost 100 downloads per chapter and is in addition to sales of the hard copy version which have been quite good for an academic book. Although the price of the hard copy is quite high, there is now a low-cost “Mycopy ebook” option. For $24.99 the book can be downloaded and printed off.

Here is the publisher’s webpage for the book:http://www.springer.com/us/book/9783319062143

Info for the Mycopy ebook option can be found here:http://www.springer.com/us/products/books/mycopy

What is the Mises Institute?

The Mises Institute is a non-profit organization that exists to promote teaching and research in the Austrian School of economics, individual freedom, honest history, and international peace, in the tradition of Ludwig von Mises and Murray N. Rothbard.

Non-political, non-partisan, and non-PC, we advocate a radical shift in the intellectual climate, away from statism and toward a private property order. We believe that our foundational ideas are of permanent value, and oppose all efforts at compromise, sellout, and amalgamation of these ideas with fashionable political, cultural, and social doctrines inimical to their spirit.
