Hans-Hermann Hoppe provides and in-depth account of Mises’s personal development and academic achievements. Philip Bagus outlines Mises’ critic of interventionism. Jörg Guido Hülsmann sets out Mises’s innovative and path-breaking contributions to monetary theory. Thorsten Polleit gives an account of Mises’s methodology of economics. The book is meant to provide the non-expert reader with a fairly easy access to Mises’s and the Austrian School of Economics’s teachings.
