Generation Z is in trouble. A thin job market, an escalating housing crisis, the struggle to keep up with inflation, and the constant bombardment with slop content designed to manipulate emotions and obscure what is really going on with the economy.

Why is it that the economy seems so tilted to benefit Baby Boomers at the expense of future generations? Is capitalism broken, or is the root cause something else? What is the key to a civilization that fosters advancement, prosperity, cultural sanity, and inner-generational harmony?

The Mises Institute will visit Cornerstone University in Grand Rapids, Michigan, on Saturday, November 1 to shed light on these looming issues. Mises Senior Fellow Alex. J. Pollock, Fellows Mark Brandly and Jeffery L. Degner, and Mises media and content producer Connor O’Keeffe will address these questions and more.

This is a student-only event. Registration is free, but prior registration is required. A complimentary lunch will be provided.

Registration begins at 10:30 a.m., and the first session starts at 11:00 a.m. There will be networking opportunities during the lunch break and a special ceremony commemorating the introduction of the David Gordon library collection at Cornerstone University.
