Petropoulos Delis Fotios is a graduate of the department of Economics at the University of Patras in Greece. He holds an MSc in “Banking, Accounting and Finance,” from a program that is a collaboration between Hellenic Open University and the University of Nicosia. He is an ACCA candidate and member of The Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Greece (SOEL).
