James T. Bennett holds the W. P. Snavely Chair in Political Economy and Public Policy at George Mason University. He has written, co-authored, or edited more than two dozen books and has published dozens of articles in professional journals. His research focuses on government failure and issues related to labor markets, tax-funded politics, and government subsidies, waste and abuse.
