Statists love to claim that government services would be better if only they were “fully funded.” However, given their nature, government services always will be seen as “underfunded” no matter how much money politicians throw at them.

Carlos Boix graduated 2001 as a veterinarian from the Complutense University in Madrid, Spain. He moved to England and worked as a vet for 10 years before moving back to Spain to set his own business and study for a Masters degree.
