Philippe Nataf

Nataf is president of Ntrust Corporate Finance (Paris) and is an M&A advisor. He has a track record of Monitoring Trustee work with the EC DG Comp and with the FCA. He also teaches finance at ESSEC business school He started his carrier in strategic consulting with Booz Allen & Hamilton. After receiving his M.B.A., Philippe was president of the U.S. subsidiary of the software publisher Slp Infoware eventually sold to Gemplus. Philippe then spent 11 years as a managing director with Regent Associates Ltd, an investment banking boutique that specialized in technology. In 2006 he joined KPMG Corporate Finance in Paris to head the Information Communication Entertainment service line of the business. He set up Ntrust.Corporate Finance in 2012. Recently, he worked on the sale of Swiss company Actando to US player Red Nucleus and has been a monitoring agent for GBH/Vindemia and Groupe Parfait/La Batelière. He was also involved in the Vivendi Lagardère and Veolia Suez cases with the European Commission Philippe received his graduate degree in economics and business from ESSEC and his M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.
