Mihai Vladimir Topan is an Associate Professor PhD with the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, Faculty of International Business and Economics. He is also the Academic Vice President of the Ludwig von Mises Institute–Romania, co-founder of Academia Privata and of Property and Freedom Society (Bodrum, Turkey) and a Romanian Senior Fellow of the Cobden Centre. A graduate of the Bucharest University of Economic Studies at Bachelor, Master and doctoral levels, his research and teaching areas of interest include International trade, Trade Policies, Comparative Economic Policies, Economic Concepts and Principle.
