Joshua Polk

Joshua Polk is a civil rights attorney who defends Americans' property rights and economic liberty in court. He earned his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law where he served as President of the Law and Economics Society and Editor-in-Chief of the Alabama Civil Rights and Civil Liberties Law Review. He has published numerous articles discussing the damage done by certificate-of-need laws, zoning restrictions, licensing statutes, and abusive tax foreclosures.
