Gerreth Bloor

Garreth Bloor is Vice President for Transatlantic Affairs at the South African Institute of Race Relations, South Africa’s oldest classical liberal think tank. He formerly served in government as head of economic development in the Cape Town city-region and was elected to Parliament at the time. Bloor is the founder of a venture capital company, undertakes risk analysis on Africa and currently resides in Toronto. He is the founder of Ineng in South Africa and an active member of the Canada-Africa Chamber of Commerce.
