David Dürr

2019 AERC Rothbard lecturer.

Professor Dürr is an attorney at law and notary public in Basel and Zurich and professor of law at the University of Zurich. He speaks German, English, and French. His specific areas of expertise are: contract law, real estate law, banking and financial market law, procedural law, and certification law. He attended the Universities of Basel and Geneva, Harvard Law School, and was awarded his habilitation in 1993 from the University of Zurich.
