Bill Peacock has spent 30+ years fighting for liberty in and around the Texas Legislature, combining his experience in public policy with his passion for Austrian economics and reformed theology. Since 2005, he has written or edited more than 2,000 research papers on state, local, and federal public policy, many related to the electric grid, as he has advocated for competitive markets.
