Phillip F. Tourney

Phillip F. Tourney is a US Navy veteran and survivor of the 1967 USS Liberty attack. He served as Petty Officer Third Class during the incident, which resulted in significant American casualties. Tourney has actively advocated for recognition and investigation of the event, authoring the books Erasing the Liberty and What I Saw That Day, and serving as president of the USS Liberty Veterans Association.
