Garet Garrett the 20th century's great novelist of freedom and champion of the old America. He was a courageous and passionate opponent of FDR's New Deal, which he saw as an overthrowing of the free enterprise system. His amazing attack was called "The Revolution Was" and it was this essay that immortalized him. So we chose this as the slogan for the Garrett shirt, made in 100% cotton. On the back are the opening lines from the essay, and, no, people won't understand them immediately. A teaching moment!
The color is a beautiful grey that suggests newsprint, in homage to this great journalist. Wearing this shirt helps restore a proper reputation to this great writer.
