Be nice to them, please. Do not call them, "dense" or "stupid" as, I'm told, one of them has been called. Stop beating the "intellectually dishonest troll" drum. Or if you must beat it, do so in here. And, please lay off the "you don't know AE" drum too. If they don't know AE, that's a good opportunity to express the principles of AE they're missing, for the benefit of readers. Having mainstreamers here to debate is an excellent opportunity for newbies to AE to learn about the distinctions between the mainstream and AE. And we're not likely to get mainstreamers who are enormously more polite and informed than these guys are, so just take them as they are. Your refutations (which, by the way, have been excellent) won't be any less convincing without indulging in calling them frauds or trolls. Please keep up the otherwise good work everyone.
