October 18, 2022 - A solid understanding of how the world works through human action and free association is invaluable in our world today. Join hosts the Shraders in building a community of support where Mises Members local to the Tampa area can connect with other liberty-minded people.
The event will take place Tuesday, October 18, at The Pub in Tampa [1] (2223 N Westshore Blvd). It is attached to the International Plaza and Bay Street mall and has plenty of free parking. There will be a dedicated networking table, and anyone is welcome to bring business cards, fliers, or pamphlets to share information you want others to know about you.
The agenda is as follows:
6:30 - 7:00 p.m. Hors d'oeuvres and social time, attendees can order individual food and drink if desired
7:00-7:10 p.m. Introduction by Spencer Shrader: "Building a Supportive Community of Austrian Thinkers"
7:10-7:30 p.m. Dr. Patrick Newman: "Analyzing Current Events with Sound Economics"
7:30-8:30 p.m. Networking and social time
There is a cover charge of $25 per person to attend, which will cover a selection of four types of hors d'oeuvres. Guests will also have the option to purchase other food and drink if they choose.
