To move inside the image, HOLD DOWN your left mouse button and drag the four-arrow icon in the direction you wish to move.

The two-arrow icon, which allows you to zoom in and zoom out, appears when the cursor is slightly above or slightly below the center of the image. To zoom closer into the image, HOLD DOWN your mouse button when the two-arrow icon is slightly above the center of the image. To zoom further out of the image, HOLD DOWN your mouse button when the two-arrow icon is slightly below the center of the image.
