Murray Rothbard just loved this Austrian text on microeconomic theory. In fact, he thought it was the best text available - except that it has only been sporadically available since it was first published in 1974. It is characterized by a strong pedagogical drive, a logical precision, and an excellent presentation that competes directly with mainstream alternatives except that this one follows Rothbardian logic. The typesetting is from a typewriter, which is unfortunate, but it is nonetheless very clear, as are the graphical expositions. This reprint preserves the original.

Austrian enthusiast
I'm not one to write reviews but I felt compelled to do so for this book since no one has yet. This is the best intro to microeconomics ever written. The fact that it is written by someone with Austrian persuasions makes it enjoyable in addition to its detailed explanation of individual decision making and the firm. If I were to become an econ professor, this would most certainly be the course text. Anyone looking to introduce themselves to Austrian economics ,or just expand their current understanding, would be well advised to purchase this immediately.
