A more discreet crocodile, now in silk, a touch of leather and plenty of flow: Lacoste presented its Spring 2012 collection on Saturday with a focuChanel 2010 Handbagss on women, the first under its new artistic director Felipe Oliveira Baptista.

175g/6oz caster sugar 100g/3 oz blackberries12g/ oz powdered gelatine
For the vanilla ice-cream (makes 1 litres)
450g/14 oz Louis Vuitton Collectionsoured cream 400ml/14fl oz single cream 170g/6oz caster sugar 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp vanilla extract
Start by making the ice-cLouis Vuitton Damier Azur Canvasce-cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.
