I was wondering, but I remember how Robert Nozick was a leading defender of voluntary slave contracts as well as Walter Block. How do voluntary slave contracts work? Why would people sell themselves into slavery? Isn't this the equivalent to the sharecropping system that we had after reconstruction?

Is this economically impractical or common sense?

Bad place to put this, this should go in the normal series of threads not here which a graveyard of high hopes for goofing off. I would assume slavery contracts would work simalarly to normal contracts.... Just selling somone into slavery. I don't like this idea and I can tell you that it would be very rare.
