If we just let the spambots who post "FREE 2012 Brazil vs. SPain Soccer match LIVE >>>sss#$@%#$" drown out the troll know as (green/maple/socialist) + (missy/babe/whatever), we'll have a better time. In fact, we'll have two benefits: 1) the troll will be gone, and 2) Free soccer games linked in the forums.

Win win, am I right?

I'd prefer the rugby games, but they're usually played while I'm asleep!

The mods should ban his/her IP so they can't keep making zombie accounts to troll us with.

Lots of people have connectivity with dynamic ip

You check the logs for the various suspected fake accounts. If the IP is the same across time, it's not dynamic. Ban away.
