Can the government put out enough stories int he media and get enough talking heads to back them up and explain why this crisis is really because of gold/precious metals markets/speculators?

Can they pin this on them?  And come out as the saviors?  Again.  Are they already doing this?

Gerald Celente believes the speculators will be scapegoated. Governments will blame anything, but themselves for financial problems.
