Mises Android app?

Thank you for your participation and interest in the Mises Community. This software platform has seen its day, however, and so is now closed. I'm not aware of one if one exists, but are there plans for Mises.org to come forth with some Android/iPhone app in the future?

 

Just curious.  The forums don't play well with my Android handset and I was just curious about it.

There isn't an official Android app in development that I know of.

Also, the forums/community is being transitioned to http://community.mises.org/, which does play well with Android.

Ok, so what's the deal? Active forum accounts will be moved over.

Or will anything be archived? No I need to go sign up now?

I don't have any details besides what I have already said, but I'm guessing that this forum won't be deleted, and that new user accounts will have to be created.

For whatever it's worth, I'd be willing to contribute to creating a Mises Android app.

I've started the app development - it's in BETA - but loads the dailies, youtube, twitter and facebook.

Can you add text to the videos so we know which one is which? It's a bit of a hassle to click and hope to get the one I'm looking for as it is right now. Otherwise its quite lovely so far.

I just downloaded it. It's a great start! I rated 5 stars. My first suggestion is regarding the blog: would you be able to include the blogger's name in the description so we know who it is before clicking?

Kudos for putting this thing together!
