Will we still be able to get incandescent light bulbs once they are effectively banned?

I'm guessing you won't be able to pick them up at your local hardware store, but do you think we would be able to still buy them online from another country? Would it be similar to how you can buy certain prescription drugs online from Hong Kong, or Mexico?

Have any of you started stocking up on incandescent bulbs?
