I downloaded the jevons ebook, Elementary Lessons, from mises.org's Stanza site, and it appears to download ok, I can see the cover, but all other pages are blank.

Has anyone else had this happen? I even tried deleting the file and downloading again. same thing...

I have a partially-complete re-typeset version (missing the questions/exercises and index), just uploaded to my 'files', here.  Try that.
