If this post doesn't belong here feel free to move it. I'm asking this question since I encountered the following article:

That has a publish date of March 1994, yet when I go to the archives here, either Ron Paul or The Free Market, it doesn't appear:

Is the archive incomplete or is the post at LewRockwell dated incorrectly?
