Well we know monopolies just can be established with the help from the government. You can see the problems every where (even here in Germany), phone company, post, railway and of course last and worst the money monopoly. Backed with what? Just with another monopoly the monopoly of force.

That's what deledefs like so much. Just puttin every one unser suspect and criminalize anything and take every exception for themselves.

Yeah, the Pirates! That was also my first intension!

But I think the more dangerous part will be the demand for a minimum salary, because most people believe that there will be positive effects for the workers. And most of them don´t seem to have the eyes or the mind for the bigger picture, especially for the negative effects for the economy. But nobody needs to wonder, then even the politicians don´t understand the consequences, although they could take a look at the effects to the american economy.

But even if it fails; there can be found an enemy in the Far East who is surely in charge of this homemade-disaster!

Or it´s all about bad capitalism! Because most people believe monopolies are created by capitalism (without any idea of monetary theory)

Yes, that's exactly that. I guess you know have learned why the Pirates Party is named that way. Pirates don't ask they "take", Strange enough there are more than enough willing to give without resitence. The arguments are "so" nice. "There is not enough work" among others. Ah yes, nothing learning, not looking after which jobs are seeked. Everyone does what he wants and some stupid employer has to bear the costs, and behind his back they call him exploiter.

That's not sarcasm nor irony that's a way too large part from Germany/Germans

You will have to learn looking into cameras like a sad sausage dog. Then you start talking: "Well we have to tame the markets, we do not really like it but it's needed" and then you go in destroying another yet too free market and later you'll stand in front of the camera and will tell trustful. "Well we tried but it was not enough" and again the next found of serfdom is in the making

So without anyone there to protect those who lost money to fraud, JP Morgan-Chase was given priority over all assets and monies in the bankruptcy case – Which is beyond blatant fraud!

Under ObamaCare - which enhances the monopolization of medicine & takes away many consumer alternatives - As a physician I will be responsible for over 142,000 ICD codes!

The Constitutional issue as I understand it is that in effect, the Federal Government is telling the states that they must engage in commerce (god only knows where the states will get the money since they are technically all bankrupt) so that the Federal Government can then regulate them!

Honestly - that fails the laugh test!

Bureaucrats, governments, have never been the solution in history to any of mans problems

In fact, all good works in history have always been done in opposition to bureaucrats.

Things for mankind will never ever improve in any way until he decides to handle things himself.

Signatures, singing in circles, marching, occupy movements, never have and never will work.

The solution lies among individuals and their local community to get things accomplished.

The EPA is an illegal Federal Bureaucracy. Trying to tell them to "change their ways" is as silly as telling the fox to stay out of the hen house. They are in fact, under the US Constitution, illegal. Therefore, the States treaty with the US Federal Government is now null and void - There is in fact a very substantive breach in that contract between the States and the Federal Government.

You want a solution: file for breach of contract; and then police your own community.
