Ivan, here's my reply:

See Roderick Long's work on Wittgenstein and Austrian economics for what I mean about psychologism. I'd rather not go into it in depth here.

As for the attempt to derive everything from self-ownership, I actually agree. I've rejected the very rpemise of self-ownership for a while now. Nonetheless, I still support rights-concepts, but on more of a basis of respect for the individual, rather than pure propertarianism.
