Hello, i thought it would be pointless to continue arguing about this in the middle of the discussion when its been completely deviated. First let me introduce myself, My name is Vera and im Portuguese, in my second year of Law in the university of Lisbon. Im sorry if i came across as agressive, but i cant stand it when men make comments like the ones you did, when i know many living examples that could prove you wrong. I was the highest average getting into my year in university, i consider myself inteligent (even though that statement is very general...) and however i think my boyfriend,  has a bigger intellectual capacity, and that doesnt daunt me in any way, if anything it makes me proud. Nevertheless, i do adverts and yet i dont seem to think my "beauty" ever interferes with my "Deep thinking". I understand where you re coming from - most beautiful women are futile, they spend hours in mainting their physical condition rather than reading and indulging on their intellectual curiosities. Even though it might be a majority, you, and other men, shouldnt make such sweeping generalisations, it just doesnt suit you. Im sure you are a smart guy, but those sort of comments make you seem foolish and uncareful.

A key point is also that some women might seem "silly" and "giddy" on the outside, but they may be hiding their true personality, because in general, good looking, ignorant men go after women who dont have that much "brain power".
