  • Aviation regulation?

    I've been wondering lately how the aviation sector would work in an anarcho-capitalist society, and how common rules regarding flying would develop and be adopted/enforced. I'm not concerned about things like airline safety etc. since this would obviously be solved through certificates and such...

    1. In an anarchist society, people would naturally band together under social contracts, protect each other, and possibly hire security companies if needed. And as the poster above me noted, it would be profitable for another company to jump in and help the "underdogs" for a greater amount...
