Is tehre a website that lists who recieved lowered interest rates and reduced principal amounts by the federal government?

I want my principal on my loan lowered....and my interest rate as well.  And I want section 8 automotive repair service (I just heard on the radio about auto shops that accept section 8).....

so, your house is paid fa,

your bills are paid fa,

your food is paid fa (texas debit card),

your healthcare is paid fa (medicaid),

your automotive repairs are paid fa,

your kids breakfast and lunch are paid fa (the whole year.....our district does it for summer too....kids 0-18 yrs old),

what exactly do you have to use your "low income" on?

In theory mortgage infromation is public.  Some towns have the info online.  Experian probably sells the data.

You can go to the town registrar or whatever and look at the actual title and mortgage info, and even liens and stuff.  I know years ago experian was selling a database with some of it.
