Read an interesting article, and wanted to see how those here will react.
Essentially the entrepreneur considers states the following idealized company/business form: “Totally open. No concept of bosses or employees. Anyone could join in at any time, doing whatever task they found interesting, for whatever time they found appropriate.”
Mechanically, it handles compensation by using Trust Metrics (detailed in the article somewhat) to determine contribution and applicable rewards. Everyone working in this manner is essentially in the US a 1099 filing independent contractor, as for supplying the requisite rake towards their relevant State Mafia provider.
