I've seen this on other internet forums: when you paste a wen address into the comment box it automatically creates a link to the page.

So when I type this:

http://mises.org/story/3203

it gets automatically displayed on the message board as this:

Did the Fed, or Asian Saving, Cause the Housing Bubble? - Robert P. Murphy - Mises Institute

 

Any chance of this being implemented here?

I don't believe CS has that sort of functionality.  The software is more a swiss army knife of community soft for the windows platform, than a search engine optimized forum software.

In order to do that, the post would have to be parsed on submit o locate links in it, then hit those links and grab the titles and post back.

Even in software like vbulletin, this is not a stock option, but a specific module add (commercial I believe).
