Does anyone know of or have this book?

http://books.google.com/books?id=A_8SAQAAIAAJ&source=gbs_book_similarbooks

I've tried to find even a table of contents, and can't find any.  I don't know any Portuguese (but I can still read it--Portuguese and Spanish are really similar), but I would like to know some general notion of what it's about.

(...really, at the very least I'd just like a table of contents)
