Lol, it's not a thing you "graduate" from, at least I don't think. It's like a one week seminar.

It's a week long intensive seminar on Austrian Economics taught by leading Austrian Scholars.  You "graduate" in a week, with an option of graduating with honors if you partake and pass the oral exam.  I would conjecture that one would learn much more in that one week of Austrian Economics, than four years of mainstream Economics.
