The UK TV station regulator, Ofcom, has ruled against Channel 4's documentary, The Great Climate Change Swindle. The judgment was made because

...Channel 4 did not fulfil obligations to be impartial and to reflect a range of views on controversial issues.

The Broadcasting Code requires Channel 4 to show "due impartiality" on "matters of major political and industrial controversy and major matters relating to current public policy".

The film was made to show that the debate on climate change was not over, however Ofcom seems to disagree.

Harry Reid is the guy with the glasses. It would be better if it was Mccain and Obama in the backround, but I have no photoshop skills.
