The work is called   “Complementarity and Substitution in the Theory of Capital."

Can anyone help?

I understand that everything in it was probably already covered in his later book on capital.

This is all I can find. It contains a section based off of Lachmann's article if that helps. Good luck finding it if it doesn't help. Search for "Complementarity and Substitution: A Note on Dynamics and Change in the Structure of Production".

If I had a cake and ate it, it can be concluded that I do not have it anymore. HHH

I could have sworn I read it before - Now I know why. 

 

This is why I need this book on hard copy.  Things I really want to remember where I get an idea from and hold on to specific info, I need in actual physical form.  Thankfully this was on my next Amazon / Mises batch of things to order
