HELP! Question on books by Ropke

Can anyone tell me if there is a difference between these two books by Ropke?

    THE GERMAN QUESTION
The solution of the German problem

Hayek wrote an introduction to THE GERMAN QUESTION and stated that the book discusses the intellectual and political background of Germany before the rise of Hitler. I've read a little bit on this topic and have read Nazi precursors like Spengler and Moeller van den Bruck. (Both boldly proclaimed themselves as socialists though not Marxists)

    Thank you!!!

    Russ
