But I guess those will just be given a grey coat and will dumped with the rest of the bad guys.

Nationalism has been on the rise all over the world for the past ten years but the present economic crisis is accelerating things. How was that phrase "Patriotism is the last refuge of the scoundrel"?

Re: Disneyland bringing back Lincoln, and with a new friend.

Top.

Disneyland bringing back Lincoln, and with a new friend.

For those who do not know, the Disneyland Resort in southern California used to have a Abe Lincoln shrine featuring an animatronic tyrant reciting the Gettysburg address to bombastic choral praise and nationalism. This "patriotic" display was taken down during the theme park's 50th anniversary and a tribute to Walt Disney and the park itself was put there. I only saw it once, but I enjoyed it more than "Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln". Now I have learned that some in the Disney company want to bring back Abraham in grand fashion. Here's the real kicker, following Walt Disney World's lead, the Disneyland Lincoln presentation will also include a Hall of Presidents type attraction where next on stage is good old Obama. I was really happy when Disneyland started losing its ridiculous nationalistic tune but now its back. I guess they have to repay the government for giving them so many Intellectual Property renewals on Mickey Mouse and such, and the nice subsidies they receive.
