What are the most relevant and important journals with respect to our studies? I know the "Journal of Libertarian Studies" (JLS) and the "Quarterly Journal of Austrian Economics" (QJAE) exists. What others exist?
Also, the recommended academic journals do not necessarily need to be Austrian-leaning.
There's the Review of Austrian Economics at GMU, much more mainstream is Public Choice.
Although I'm not sure what would qualify as "relevant", if you have access to them, some readable (obviously mainstream) journals are The Journal of Economic Perspectives and The Journal of Economic Literature.
The American Journal of Economics and Sociology has been kind to Austrian economists and fellow travellers.
All of those mentioned are worth looking into. You might also want to check out Critical Review, History of Political Economy and Journal des Economistes et des Etudes Humaines.
Some others that occasionally have Austrians and fellow travelers would be: Journal of Money, Credit and Banking (Selgin publishes in there a lot), Journal of Economic Methodology, Journal of Political Economy.
