The other day, I purchased a copy of Jesus Huerta de Soto's Money, Bank Credit and Economic Cycles.  There was a mix-up in the order, and let's just leave it at the fact that the Mises Institute did something which will guarantee them my business for every book that I can possibly buy off this website.  They voluntarily fixed the problem before I even found out about it (and de Soto happens to be one of my favorite economists, including because he is a professor in Madrid, and I am from Madrid).  I have never received such exemplary service from any of the book services that I have purchased from before (including Amazon and Abebooks).

I admit that I have purchased books that I could have bought here from Amazon (specifically, America's Great Depression, because I bought it along with New Deal or Raw Deal? and it came out to just around $25, and that comes with free shipping), but this has guaranteed my demand for Mises.org books as long as I have the purchasing power to buy them (no matter the shipping costs, or if there are better deals elsewhere). :)

Not only is this my expression of gratitude, but I hope that it persuades others to purchase from this website, as well (I know that a great deal of posters here already must, but there are likely those that haven't yet).  Even if the order (with shipping) comes out a lit bit more expensive than it does on Amazon.com (and with the great deals on books on this website, this only happens if the order happens to come out to ~$25 because then Amazon gives you free shipping; but for orders less than $20 on Mises.org or over $30 anywhere in general, Mises.org offers the best, undisputable prices), the customer service is well worth the extra dollar (and the fact that you are supporting one of the most, if not the most, important websites on economics on the world wide web, and one of the most important economic institutions in the United States).

Once again, thank you!

The gentleman who operates the store is a fine representative of the Mises Institute. I hope Piper his dog is keeping well! Stick out tongue
