If only there were an Antarctic Union organization to break up this monopoly.  Though, I'd imagine penguins and polar bears would have no trouble with browsers being completely free since they don't use money.  Which might make them smarter than the "economists" in the EU.  Also:  google.com is the only search engine used (as mentioned in the article).
