As usual Bernanke dodges around the question and finally gets to his point around 6:50, that now is not the time to question the validity of the system, maybe sometime later once all this stuff has boiled over. 

He also does it in a "Brainpolice" Stick out tongue obfusacting manner in order to disguise the real point.

But good link nonetheless; he's obviously worried about letting Austrian Economics becoming any more memetic then it might've gotten due to RP mentioning it on Leno.

I must concede that Bernake knows how to dodge a question, and answer in a manner that most, mostly ignorent in the subject matter, would find as well-thought.
