Do you have any ideas which nation has the weakest government or least restrictive laws? Also are there any anarcho-capitalist or libertarian communities in the world? This is something I've been thinking about recently because I dislike the current trends in US government and want to know what alternatives there are.
I've read a little bit about Costa Rica and some aspects of it seem desirable, like the constitutional ban on having a federal Army. However the state remains powerful in other industries such as banking and insurance. Additionally I dislike how restrictive there gun laws are, although like any law it is only meaningful if the government can enforce it, and I don't know how effective Costa Rica's police are. The government also spends a huge amount on welfare which is a policy I strongly disagree with. Overall it doesn't seem like a great alternative.
Monaco or Singapore would be my best guesses.

None. Any state is too much state. Don't run, stay here and fight. I won't until the state has been SMASHED AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU! SMASH THE STATE!!!
