I'm curious to know that if statists sign up at Mises, they should be using Mises.org and it's resources to promote statism and evil.
On the legacy of Dr. Armand Hammer
This stuff is absolute nonsense.
Gore's Oil
Dossier: The Secret History of Armand Hammer
What next? Keynesian bloggers? Maybe some daily articles on youth brigades and redistributionism from Obama?
I was really disappointed to see that a Mises community member feels he was being censored in the comments, particularly when Ruben portrays himself as a paragon of truth, democracy and free speech.
If you find something evil that wobbles, push it. - Gary North
Some of the commenters are far worse imo. Ugh. Their complete inability to think outside of the WILL OF THE PEOPLE cardboard box is truly baffling.
Leave it to Ruben.

I have never censored anyone. I was very surprised when Randy said that I was censoring his comments. He has actually made 7 or 8 comments and I heve not deleted any of them. I wonder why he says I censored one of them. Perhaps he did not post properly and thought his comment went online when in fact it didn't.

Yeah, and they're only wire-tapping mosques to protect Arab Americans from everyone else. lol

I do not understand the point you are trying to make.
Anyone who comments on my blog gets his or her comments posted there immediately. I do not moderate comments. I do not delete them. Even though I could have the option of doing so, I prefer people to voice their opinions there. I have received good and bad opinions on the subjects I write on my blog, so I guess the universe of readers represents all points of view.
You're so full of shit.

GilesStratton: You're so full of shit.
The language you use to defend your points of view is appalling.
Rubén:I do not understand the point you are trying to make.
Your hero is Hammer, a legendary scoundrel, thief and manipulator. You do not answer direct questions about your views on philosophy, economics or politics, instead using the site to promote yourself and views completely opposite to the message and foundation of the Austrian school.
Why the dishonesty? Why the trolling?
So be it, but you aren't even actually defending your own points.
Rubén: GilesStratton: You're so full of shit. The language you use to defend your points of view is appalling.
I'm not defending any points, I don't need to. Everybody on here thinks you're full of nonsense, therefore it's true.

My blog is read in many countries by people outside of the Mises community. A small part of the new traffic that Mises.org has experienced recently, comes actually from people who were initially attracted to my blog and started browsing the rest of this web site.
He's not full of nonsense. He's deliberately undermining the discourse by pretending to have an interest in Austrian economics and yet he is really just using the site to promote his own statist positions, defending corruption, theft and murder. Ruben is perpetuating a fraud by pretending to be here for one purpose, while conducting a very different one.

Your blog does not represent the views of the Austrian school one iota. You are simply using the site as a parasite to promote Obama and socialism. And frankly, I find it disgusting.

It doesn't make you any less full of shit?

Fellow Obamaphiles? I hope not.

To darkness I condemn you...
Ruben, are you even an anarchist?
LibertarianAnarchy.com - Government is immoral, unnecessary, and doesn't work!
Sage: Ruben, are you even an anarchist?
I am a pure Mathematician who is worried about the failures of central planning currently in place in Venezuela, and with an interest on what what the Austrian School has taught on the causes and consequences of the Great Depression. Other than that, there are many views I read in this forum that are not necessarily related to the two topics above and therefore I do not find myself in agreement with those.
Well, I can say from personal experience that your analysis of politics, economcis, and basically everything else will be much more enlightening if you learn anarchism.
Ruben, I hate to break it to you, but Armand Hammer was a consummate scumbag.
Why don't you read some history about the OGPU/Cheka/NKVD, Lenin's NEP, asbestos strikes? Famines... KGB files. Their causes and consequences are just as instructive from an Austrian School viewpoint.
It would do you a world of good.
And, no, it is not disloyal to investigate the past of your supposed "benefactors."
