Alright. I'm going to come and kill you and your family unless you move out. You've got a free choice to avoid murder, it's totally voluntary.

 

Guess in such a case most people would move out, yet in the staying or leaving the US scenario they wouldn't. In fact people are moving into the US. Dpes your murder scenario also allow me to sell my property first.
