Streaming v. Downloading Mises Media

Is there a way to download the various audio files (http://www.mises.org/media.aspx) on to my iPod rather than listening to them online?  I subscribe to the podcasts but there is so much media avaiable that I would love to listen to on my iPod.  Any help is much appreciated.  Thanks.

Are you on a Windows PC?

Yes, at work, but I have an iMac at home.

I have no idea how to use a Mac, but in windows you should be able to right click (save target as, save as etc.) on the media title and download the MP3.  How you get that onto your iPOD is someone else's best guess.  I'm a super nerdy luddite and all of this new tech is over my head.  Gimme notepad, Firefox and a mail client, and that's all I use on a computer.
