A while ago I saw a video of a presentation by a woman doctor detaling her experience switching from an Insurance based practiced to a Cash Only practice and how it reduced her costs, gave her more freedom in carying for her patients, and allowed her to give services pro bono when needed.

It was a great video, but now I can't find it anywhere!! Did anyone else see this video i would be greatly appreciative if you could share it.
