I'm not very tech savvy and can't seem to figure this out.  The lectures seem to be streamed via Quicktime or Realplayer.  I can't find any link to download them as files.  Can anybody help me out?

Thanks!

Assuming you are using Windows, if you just right click on the link there should be an option to "Save Link As...". It only works for the audio files.

The in iTunes there is an "Add File to Library" option under the File menu.
